BKT adds value to our customers’ products through a variety of plastic assembly systems. Our assembly techniques can be implemented at the molding press, in secondary assembly locations, such as small assembly stations, or in assembly line applications. We also have applications where the assembly is completed in the tooling itself.
By providing complete assembly systems to our customers, we take our molding expertise and combine this with our years of automation and testing experience to add consistent quality and value to our products. Our assembly operations are more than simply put parts together: we build in numerous quality checks throughout each process to ensure a perfect part, every time.
Some of our assembly operations involve electronics components and our team has developed the testing operations necessary to evaluate each and every assembly.
